Sterling's POV
So I woke up extra early to see if the I want a second chance at life office was open and to my surprise it was. I stepped inside the office and there was a check in desk in front. "Hello sir" said the lady behind the desk. "umm hey" I said to her.
She looked at the my name "ok sterling are you here to get your wings,a second chance at life or" I quickly interrupted her "I want a second chance at life!" I yelled. The people in the waiting room all said "shhhh" I yelled again "I'm sorry."
The lady told me to follow her. So I did and she told me to enter a room. I went in the room & "hello son I was waiting for you, so word on the street is you want a second chance at life huh?" the man said.
"umm yea I actually do." I said. "ok well let's take a look at your past shall we?" said the man. Then in a blink of an eye the room changed and now we were some place different.
"where are we?" I said to the angel besides me. "Don't you remember this sterling? This is your 4th birthday party back in your house in Texas." said the angel. I looked all around and things started to look familiar. Then I saw my mom and dad bringing a cake out into the yard singing happy birthday to me.
Then I saw a little boy clapping his hands joyfully saying "Yayy happy birthday to me" then my parents kissing my head saying "yes honey now blow out the candle & make sure to make a wish" they said as they pointed to the big candle number 4 on the chocolate cake.
"is that me?" I said to the angel. "sure is you looked so happy here" he said to me. "hey I'm still happy I have friends that love me" I said to the angel. "do they love you sterling do they really?" he said as he pointed back to the party.
Young sterling: *opens presents* cool look mommy I got a car that goes room room...
"what do you want me to see" I said to the angel. "you see that kid over there? Well pay attention to what he does" the angel said.
Young Sterling: *finished opening presents* mommy I'm going to go play now.
Sterlings mom: ok honey go on and play and mommy and daddy will clean up.
Young Sterling: *jumps off chair with his brand new car*
Young Sterling: hi I'm sterling you wanna go play *points to sand box*
Young Ryan: hi I'm Ryan and sure I'll play.
"so I had Friends" I told the angel. "keep watching." he said to me.
Both Ryan and sterling are now in the sandbox playing with sterling's new car.
Young Ryan: my mommy says we are supposed to share. He said as he pointed to the car sterling had in his hands.
Young Sterling: my mommy too
Young Ryan: so hand over the car
Young Sterling: ok but only a little bit
Young Ryan: *plays with car for more then 5 minutes*
Young Sterling: *smiles* can I play with it now?
Young Ryan: no
"hey me don't take that from him" punch him in the face, I said to young sterling. If you think that's bad look at this other situation when you meet Matt & Ryan when you were older.
Then in a blink of an eye we were in a different place we were in mcdonalds. Then matt,Ryan and I all walked in the restaurant with dates. Well, everyone but Matt.
"well,sterling since your the only one that works you should get everyone food" said Matt & Ryan as they sat down.
"Fine" sterling said. He made his way to the counter. "Hello I'm Linda may I take your order?" "yea I'll take that,that and that." sterling said pointing to the menu.
"so I had to buy everyone food what's the big deal?" I told the angel. The angel quickly responded "what you didn't know at the time was that Ryan & Matt had a job."
"Those bastards." I told the angel. "yes I know, but keep watching" said the angel.
Ryan: hey Matt how about we eat and then ditch this idiot
Matt: *grabs sterling's girlfriends hand* sounds like a good idea.
Tori: yea, and like who wears glasses on a date. Big nerd!
Katy: yea I'm lucky mine didn't have glasses.
Sterling gets back with the food. "what's so funny?" sterling said to them. Everyone grabbed a hamburger and a soda and said later loser.
Matt grabbed Tori's hand and they left.
"what the hell just happened?" I said to the angel. "well, your friends just ditched you." he said to me. "and why am I still friends with them?" I said to him. "later on when you started acting and becoming famous they said sorry to you and you apologized." he said to me.
"Look there goes Linda." said the angel to me. I watched as Linda made her way to me when I was 15. "Hey I saw how your friends left you like that, and I wanted to see if you were ok" she said to 15 year old sterling.
"yea I'm ok" sterling said to Linda. "I like your glasses." Linda said to sterling. *pushes glasses upward* "thanks" sterling replied. "what's your name?" she said to sterling. "My name is Sterling." sterling said to Linda.
"Linda seems pretty nice" I said to the angel. "yea she is" he said to me "later both of you became good friends and she developed a crush on you" he continued saying to me. "now let's go on to recent timed" he said and in a blink of an eye we were in sonny with a chance's studio.
"that's it guys great job!" said the director to everyone. Then someone suddenly tapped sterling's shoulder. "hey you did a great job." sterling turned around and saw the most beautifulest smile in the world.
"Thanks" sterling responded "I never did get your name when we were in rehearsal" sterling said to her. *smiling* "oh my name is Demetria Devonne Lovato,but you can call me Demi for short, I rehearsed for the part of Sonny Munroe, a girl that had a dream of working on her favorite show so random." "Cool well my name is Sterling Sandmann Knight I rehearsed for the part of a guy that works for so random along side of 4 other people nico, tawni, Zora, and gravy." sterling said to Demi. Laughing Demi said, "don't you mean Grady."
"Aww the first time I meet Demi how adorable" I told the angel. "I know but watch the directors over there." the angel said to me.
"that guy *looks at the papers* sterling is no good, he isn't naturally funny like Demetria." *looks over at Demi & Sterling* "brain spark let him be the rival that sonny will eventually fall in love with." "look at them the way they smile the way they act off camera I love that!" said the director.
"Guys come here a second" said the director motioning sterling & Demi to go over. "Demetria you are brilliant at acting" said the director to Demi. "It's Demi" said Demi to the director. "but, on the other hand your little friend Sterling isn't what we are looking for he isn't funny and the people in so random ARE funny." said the director to sterling.
"Wait so I'm not funny?" I said to the angel as I made a funny face. "ummm anyways moving on" said the angel without even cracking a smile on his face.
"but don't worry kid we still have a part for you." said the director to sterling. Sterling was about to thank him but the director kept on talking. "you will play a character named Chad Dylan Cooper, greatest actor of your generation. BUT you will be *points to Demi* her rival on the show." said the director.
"you will have a show named Mackenzie falls" said the director.
"Aww Mac falls" I said to the angel. "that show is pretty dramatic" said the angel to me. "anyways you made new friends in the show "Tiffany Thorton who was later then called to play the role for tawni hart, Brandon Smith who was called to play the role of nico and also in a movie that you were the main star he wad your friend stubby, alysion Ashley arm, who was called the day of her birthday with good news she was going to play Zora, and also Doug, he was called in to play Grady." said the angel to me.
"and the movie you were the star for was starstruck, you were not originally disney's first pick, they had Cody Linley to play the part of christopher Wilde but he was found drunk partying with a Lot of girls at a bar that Disney kicked him out and banned him from ever doing movies with them. And that day they called you and you were got chosen to be that character." said the angel to me.
"there I meet, danielle, and Chelsa." I said to the angel. "wow now your memory is coming back. Said the angel to me impressed.
We went back to the angel's office. "so what did you get out of this?" said the angel. "well that my friends are taking advantage of me and my real friends are the ones I made at Disney." I said to the angel.
"ok it's getting late go back to bed" said the angel. "what about my second chance?" I told the angel. "Well, you will find out if you get a second chance when you wake up tomorrow morning." said the angel. "what do you mean?" I told the angel as I headed out the door.
"you'll see, you'll see" said the angel. I went to my room and closed my eyes and went to bed hoping that I would get my second chance to be with Demi.
