{Chapter 28}
Demi's POV:
*cries of happiness, gets on her knees and kisses sterling* "yes, yes" *kisses him again* 

*An applause came from the audience*
Then Tiffany came up on stage and hugged me and Sterling "congrats guys" she said into the mike. 

Then she faced the camera and said "Well ladies and gentleman isn't this a happy ending"

*Sterling hugging Demi on stage*

Joe's POV:
I went up to Sterling and Demi. "Guys congratulations" *gives them hand to shake* 

*Demi & Sterling looked hesitant about giving him a handshake*

I looked at Demi with my big puppy dog eyes and said "Demi please shake my hand it's not like I'm gonna punch you" 

*Demi smiles and shakes Joe's hand*

I couldn't resist so hugged Demi. Then I let go and gave sterling my hand to shake.

Tiffany's POV:
"Now let's take a brake" I said into the camera to cut to commercials.

Sterling's POV:
*Thinks to himself maybe he has changed* Fine Jonas I'll shake your hand I said as I gave him my hand. I continued talking it's not like your gonna punch me right?

Joe's POV:
*laughs* 
"I promised I wouldn't punch Demi I didn't say anything about punching you" *swings at sterling* 

*sterling ducks and grabs Demi and goes off stage while making the I have my eyes on you gesture*

"That's right knight you better run" I yelled to him. Then I walked off stage. "Joseph Adam Jonas" said a tone not to happy with me. I turn around and it was my mother. I sighed "what mom" "Don't you dare use that tone on me" said my mom grabbing my tux jacket. 

Ok like a honestly don't like seeing my mom like this I haven't seen her this mad since Kevin, Nick and I drew on the kitchen walls with permanent marker when we were kids. She was like the hulk when she got mad. Us Jonas have a bad temper so we are told.

"How dare you almost punch that poor innocent blonde boy!" she said to me. "but but mom" I said to my mom. "oh don't you but mom me don't you know we have an image to protect?" my mom said fixing her hair.

Demi's POV:
"That was drama scene Joe put on huh?" I mumbled to sterling as we posed for pictures. I turned to face him and he was smiling for the camera. I kept on mumbling to him "are you mad honey?" still no answer. I thought to myself yup he is mad. 

Then some interviewers were calling us over so we went.

Interviewer: hi we work for Just Jared. And we were wondering if we can interview the happy couple.

*Sterling & I smiled*

Sterling: well of course! You can interview us.

Interviewer: yay well, we have a few questions for you two.

Demi: ok *smiles*

Interviewer: Demi may we see your new sparkly ring?

*Demi gives them her hand and they recorded her ring*

Sterling: I couldn't find one as sparkly as her beautiful eyes. 

*Sterling smiles at Demi*

Interviewer: Sterling, do you know Demi and you already have a couple name?

Sterling: yea actually I know but I'm not sure if Demi knows. I actually have people tweeting me even before Demi & I were a couple with account names of Stemi. *looks at reporter* that's what they call us right?

Interviewer: yes, that is what they call you too.

Demi: yea actually I have seen those accounts too *smiles*

Interviewer: did you two think that playing a couple on TV *makes air quotes* Channy influenced Stemi.

Demi: well Channy is an adorable couple. But Chad wasn't as sweet as sterling.

Sterling: Awww DemDem.

Interviewer: well thanks for your time Stemi. *shakes both their hands*

*AFTER 2 MORE INTERVIEWS*

Sterling's POV:
"Boy I'm beat" I said to Demi as we waited for the valet parking guy to bring my car around. 
"so any plans for your birthday in one month?" I said to Demi.

"I'm throwing a party with all my friends" I said to him smiling.

>ONE MONTH LATER<

Sterling's POV:
"I hope Demi likes her present" I said putting the object into a small purple box. Then I shook the box, ok good no noise because that will just give it away. I thought to myself.

I started to pick out my outfit for the party. 
I laid out a blue dress shirt and black dress pants and a black dress vest. "wow what is my obsession with blue" I said laughing so I put the blue shirt back and grabbed a olive green dress shirt.

AT THE PARTY

Demi's POV:
The party is almost over and I'm 19 wow I feel old I though as I sat there opening presents next to sterling. Sterling gave me a small box and said "open this one next." so I took the box and took off the lid.
Inside the box was a small set of keys with a small red bow on it.

Sterling's POV:
"Demi these are the keys to my heart." I said to her as she looked inside the box speechless. Then I couldn't help but laugh and then I said "These are the keys to our new home" And by seeing Demi's smiling and teary face I knew he answer was a definite yes.
